Wanting to be happy is a worthy and achievable goal for counselling. Feeling lasting relief from anxiety, depression, anger and stress are key reasons to seek out supportive, professional, support. Book with me and we will work together to rediscover you inner resources and strengths to resolve your concerns and create new opportunities for wellness.
Through my unique style of interpersonal interaction, self reflection and insight I help you examine, explore and identify the unique root causes that generate these painful life disturbances and support you to come to acceptance about who you are and how you show up in the world.
While I witness and facilitate your process, you generate insight and concrete ways to address your unique concerns through the work you do in therapy with me. In this way, the therapy I offer generates lasting healing opportunities so you are able to experience your full emotional range.
Contact me today and we can have a conversation if I am the right fit for you.
Note: I will conduct secure online meetings or phone call meetings from Tuesday to Friday 10:00am to 4:00pm
