Hello and welcome. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) providing online and in-person counselling to youth and young adults. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized to each person and family that I work with. Drawing from over a decade of experience supporting young people, in addition to specialized training and experience with various types of therapy, I can support you along your journey towards healing, growth, and fulfillment.
