Practice information:
Deborah Kieran is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of BC (#2677). She obtained her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from City University in 2008.
Deborah sees counselling as a unique relationship where you are supported through the changes in your life as you move towards your goals. Engaging in a collaborative, therapeutic process can help you be your best self. Areas of focus may include:
- Assistance with anxiety, stress, sadness, or depression
- Support with a life transition
- Adjustment to an illness, injury, or chronic pain
- Help processing trauma and moving on with your life
- A different relationship with others in your life or with yourself, including couples counselling
Or, perhaps you are just not feeling the way you want to feel. Over the past ten years, Deborah has shared with clients a supportive environment, empathic listening, new ideas to consider, skills to practice and employ, and a safe place to wonder “what now?” She welcomes feedback and direction from her clients and sees it as necessary to the co-creation of a beneficial therapeutic environment. If you feel Deborah may be a good fit for you, please do not hesitate to reach out.
