My approach is an integrative one that is individually developed to suit you as a client. I design therapeutic approaches according to your needs, set intentions with you and honor your journey. I use both traditional therapeutic approaches as well as Eye Movement Desensitizing Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness-based stress reduction, solution-focused and brief therapies. I create a safe and supportive environment where you can deal with personal, work and vocational issues and overcome life challenges. I believe that change is challenging and working with you will help you transition to a more suitable place where you also locate your own answers. When clients are empowered they become "directors" of their lives. The techniques I use accelerate change making therapy more affordable and quicker so you can get on with your life.
In choosing me as your therapist you will have a therapist who is experienced, compassionate and versatile. Also most extended health plans cover my services as a clinical counsellor.
