Do you ever feel so overwhelmed and stuck in life that you have no idea what to do next? Do you worry about making a wrong decision that could make things even worse?
I can help you change your thoughts and beliefs to take action by learning how to replace fear, anxiety and pain with courage, calmness and hope. I can assist you to discover what you really want, how to take the right action, how to notice what’s working and how to change your approach until you achieve your goals.
I have over 30 years of clinical experience supporting teens, couples, and families in mental health in-patient and out-patient clinics, school-based programs, and community agencies.
I hold a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Care from the University of Victoria.
I am passionate about my work and I approach every session with enthusiasm, commitment and integrity. If you are ready for a change, I invite you to explore my website or call me to get started.
