Emotional pain is inevitable in life. Feelings of stress, inadequacy, disappointment, anxiety, anger, and sadness are universal and part of the shared human experience. Every individual experience these feelings through different situations and all of us interpret these experiences through varied perspectives because of our past and personality differences.
In order to move on from our hurts, some of us learn to mask our feelings by suffering in silence or putting up a brave front. Sometimes we may share our pain with others, but we still do not feel heard or understood. When we are not able to understand and face our pain, they may continue to fester within us and surface through other school / work / relationship / health issues.
Yet, in all pain therein lies an opportunity for growth. Growth and healing take place when we are rested in the confidence that we can improve, even in the worst situations. To manage life's challenges, we need to learn to embrace our own mental states, discover and use our internal resources.
With over 8 years of experience, I hope to provide you with a safe and non-judgmental environment to heal and grow. We will journey through those difficult moments and explore what it means to live with deeper clarity, purpose and joy.
