Dr. Robinson, Registered Psychologist, offers psychoeducational assessments through the clinic of Dr. Karianne Axford & Associates.
Our strengths-based psychoeducational assessments look at learning (i.e., Specific Learning Disorders, giftedness, Intellectual Disability) for children and adolescents aged 6 to 19. Assessments can also consider other areas of interest that can influence learning, including attention/ADHD, mental health and/or memory. The overall goal of the assessment is to help everyone better understand your child/adolescent's strengths and challenges, learning profile, and/or developmental status, and recommend effective and helpful supports. The process of an assessment involves gathering background/developmental information, direct testing sessions, questionnaires, and a review of available report cards and records. Feedback and a comprehensive report are then provided.
Currently, Dr. Robinson only has availability on Mondays. Our clinic is located at #201-8047 199 Street Langley, V2Y 1L9.
