The models of counselling Barbara uses are: Brief-Solution focused therapy which identifies specific areas of concern, involves goal-setting and targets solutions in a results-oriented way; and Cognitive Behavioural therapy which is based upon how a person's thinking determines how he/she feels and behaves.
