I work with people ready to make changes in their lives, in how they think, in how they treat their bodies and how they live.
Healing is a journey.
There is no shortcut, there is dedicated practice with incremental wins and gains along the way.
Nutrition, therapy, and mindfulness are key factors that can support us in optimally functioning on our journey nurturing all aspects of ourselves.
In my work with you, in addition to psychotherapy, I will offer you small tasks in mindfulness and nutrition each session to assist ou in your journey of healing and wellnesss. I do not believe in grand leaps to being suddenly ‘healed.’ I believe in and work with incremental steps to redesign how you relate to life, how you perceive life.
The first step is becoming aware of core belief structures that are controlling and navigating life for you. The only way to take back control is to recognize what is in control first. Then we begin to work on redesigning the way you perceive your life, the way you perceive your past, your story, and how history has made you into the person you are today.
