Practice Information
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and educator who supports individuals through both planned and unexpected transitions in their education, career, and personal lives. Change affects each of us differently. We all bring our own values, beliefs, histories, and hopes into every new chapter—and with that comes a wide range of thoughts, emotions, and possibilities. My goal is to offer a safe, grounded, and collaborative space where you can explore your options, recognize your strengths, and better understand the challenges ahead. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in how the nervous system works with the body to regulate, seek safety, focus our attention, and respond to internal and external cues. When you’re ready to make a plan, I can work alongside you to support solution-focused and goal-oriented steps forward.
People thrive when they feel understood and supported. Every transition brings its own mix of uncertainty, stress, opportunity, and growth. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what feels unclear, and what possibilities lie ahead. In our work, you’ll have space to slow down, reflect, and make intentional choices. I integrate practical strategies with deeper self‑awareness so the counselling process feels both supportive and purposeful.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked extensively in post‑secondary institutions across Canada and the United States. My work focused on creating leadership and educational experiences for students and supporting them as they explored their goals, identities, and next steps. I also bring significant experience supervising and managing professionals in higher education and office administration. This includes mentoring emerging professionals, supporting youth and adults of all ages, and facilitating growth in leadership, communication, and community engagement.

* identify strategies to strengthen leadership and communication skills
* create sustainable systems that support your goals
* find clarity and confidence in navigating life’s transitions
Transitions aren’t always predictable. Sometimes we see them coming; other times we realize we’re already in the middle of one. If you’re feeling uncertain about what comes next, I invite you to connect with me. I offer a complimentary introductory phone call for all new clients. After our initial consult, individual counselling is available online or in person.
For Indigenous clients, I registered with FNHA Mental Health Benefits as a provider.
