Practice Information
Welcome! I support individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. You may feel uncertain about what comes next while also wanting to better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that continue to show up in your life. I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted as you are.
Together, we work toward developing greater self-awareness, strengthening coping strategies, and approaching life’s challenges with increased clarity and confidence. My goal is to support you in building resilience, improving emotional well-being, and cultivating healthier and more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.
My work is informed by relational and psychodynamic perspectives, meaning we explore not only present concerns but also the deeper patterns and past experiences that may shape how you think, feel, and relate to others today. I believe our relationships, experiences, and environments can significantly influence how we understand ourselves and navigate the world. Through counselling, we can begin to identify recurring emotional patterns, explore underlying feelings, and create space for new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Alongside insight-oriented exploration, I integrate practical and evidence-based strategies to support meaningful and lasting change. I understand that insight alone is not always enough, and therapy can also involve learning tools to better manage emotions, navigate stress, improve communication, and cope with difficult experiences. I strive to adapt the counselling process to each individual’s unique needs, goals, and pace.
Many people seek support when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward, and I believe these experiences do not have to be navigated alone. Beginning counselling can feel vulnerable, especially if you are used to carrying things on your own. I aim to create a collaborative and compassionate environment where you can slow down, reflect, and make sense of what you are going through without fear of judgment.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, self-esteem difficulties, emotional stress, or uncertainty about the future, counselling can provide a space to explore what feels most important to you. Together, we can work toward creating greater understanding, emotional balance, and meaningful change in your life.
