With over 15 years of experience, I provide a supportive and safe setting to help you set your own goals, change your life, and overcome difficulties. I recognize that it can be a challenging step to go into counseling, whether it is your first time or even if counseling has been an important part of your life for years.
I have specialized training in working with people struggling with anxiety or depression, survivors of abuse, helping people with anger management, as well as helping people improve their relationships with others in their lives. I think it is critical that you set your own goals and that I work with you to help you reach those goals at your own pace. Most extended health care plans cover costs related to your therapy with me.
I mainly use Mindfulness approaches and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also offer life coaching to help people improve their family and professional life. My philosophy is that with supportive counseling and increased social support, everyone can improve their situation for a happier and healthier life.
