I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, and I see clients in my Vancouver office.

Many of my clients experience painful matters of the heart and/or health issues. They may be seeking acknowledgment and unconditional acceptance.  They may feel alone and may wonder who takes care of them or how to get their needs met.

Clients may be sad, angry, depressed or anxious. They may be stressed , lonely and hurting.  Some are feeling so hopeless that they have given up. They all need relief.

There is hope.  Single or in a relationship, clients don't have to face their difficulties alone. It is possible to create the life they desire. It is possible to have the trusting, healthy and harmonious relationship they want. It is possible to find love, acceptance and to find well being.

Through respect, collaboration and professionalism, I work with individuals, couples and families. My research-based counselling approach incorporates physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellness. I use a variety of models including Satir, Emotional Focused Therapy for Couples and  body and energy work.

I am  a member of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals,  and Satir Institute of the Pacific. My post graduate education includes two Master degrees in Education and in Counselling Psychology. My work experience of over 20 years includes working with pre-school children and their parents, teaching in college and university, working with addiction and mental health clients, and seeing couples and individuals privately. I am an associate at Inspire Health, an integrated cancer clinic, where I work with clients who have been diagnosed with cancer.

I look forward to hearing clients' stories and to helping  and supporting them in their pursuit of inner peace and health.
