I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and a certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist. I specialize in life transitions, difficulty in relationships, caregiver fatigue/burnout, self-development, and emotional overwhelm. Working together with you, I provide therapeutic support that is collaborative, supportive of your goals and aspirations, and open to your worldview, beliefs, and experiences. I am known for my warmth, empathy and compassion, and provide guidance that empowers you to make the changes and differences you desire in your life.
Professionally, I bring to the healing process my experience working for Family Services of Greater Vancouver as a domestic violence counsellor and my many years as a therapeutic art instructor working with children, adults and seniors. As a result I have experience working through a variety of issues and concerns with a wide range of culturally and demographically diverse clients.
I am available for appointments for after work hours.
