For further information, visit Lynn VanAsseldonk's website.
Lynn provides nature-based mental health counselling to people who are looking to enhance overall wellbeing and spiritual wellness, reduce depression, manage anxiety, heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, or to realign career goals. Therapy sessions may include outdoor counselling sessions, counselling sessions in the garden office, or occasional equine-facilitated sessions. Being in nature and with animals can help us to get back in touch with our authentic selves and can assist us in healing, reconnecting, and finding a deeper sense of peace and meaning in an often hectic world.
In addition to individual and relationship counselling, Lynn offers workshops for small groups. All workshops are nature-based, and they provide learning and growth opportunities through curriculum such as heart-centered career and personal development, photographic ecotherapy, and focusing-oriented relationship-building.
All individuals, regardless of race, color, age, national origin, sex (including transgender status, gender identity, and pregnancy), religion, disability, sexual orientation, marital or relational status, political affiliation, or status as a parent, will be treated with respect and dignity.
Nature-based counselling sessions with Lynn will support you in finding a healthy balance between effort and surrender while honouring your natural strengths and resilience. You can work with Lynn in the greater Victoria area and in the Cowichan Valley.
