Hi, I'm Kailin, and I've been using Mindfulness in my work with clients for 19 years.
Mindfulness is a gentle, humanistic, and holistic therapeutic approach that guides your efforts, emphasizing growth rather than deficit.
It helps you with tough feelings like feeling really anxious, stressed, worried, sad, or having trouble with friends or family. Think of Mindfulness as a gentle and helpful guide. We focus on growth instead of treating you like there is something wrong with you. You're very important, and my job is to help you handle the tough stuff and become the person you want to be.
In our talks, we'll work on finding your strengths inside you to deal with tricky feelings. I believe you already have the power to make yourself feel better; we just need to explore it together. Our journey is all about becoming a better you.
