You might be seeking counselling for yourself or your family member because of a specific concern such as feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, experiencing conflict in your relationship, or you may have noticed that your child or teen is acting out, withdrawing from family or friends, having problems at school, or is irritated much of the time. Other times it is not a specific concern that leads you or your family member to counselling, but rather wanting to move forward when feeling stuck, unable to reach goals, wanting to enhance relationships, improve communication, or to better understand you or your child's behaviour.
Counselling is effective for addressing specific concerns or enhancing well-being -- or both. Contact me for for a telephone consultation or to schedule an appointment to find out how counselling can benefit you and your family.
