I provide solution-focused and in-depth therapy to help clients deepen their awareness of thoughts and feelings that influence their perception of themselves, others, and life. Benefits include the development of life-affirming thoughts and experiences.

 

I may suggest E.M.D.R. or acupressure (Emotional Freedom Technique) to deepen the therapeutic process and decrease the intensity of anxiety, anger, fear, or depression. Benefits include the experience of compassion, love, contentment, faith, and empowerment.

As a Collaborative Divorce Coach and Mediator, I take into account the practical, emotional, and life-changing aspects of separation. I teach communication and conflict resolution and ways to protect children from stress and conflict. I help parents develop co-parenting plans and strategies throughout the separation transition. I support children in coping with their loss and voicing their wishes and concerns throughout the separation process and afterwards.
