East Vancouver Registered Clinical Counsellor Cynthia Farnsworth has been working with children, youth and adults for over 25 years. Cynthia's work is based in integrity, authenticity, and empathy. Clients have worked with Cynthia to stand up to anxiety, depression, grief, managing change and transitions, feeling overwhelmed, relationships and divorce, addictions, caregiver support and support for the family members of those with mental health, as well as sustainability for those who work in caring professions and supervision.
In addition to having a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree from Yorkville University, Cynthia has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Art Therapy from the Vancouver Art Therapy Institute. She has Certificates in both Addictions and Association Management, and is a Certified NeurOptimal Neurofeedback practitioner. Cynthia is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors and a Professional Art Therapist with the British Columbia Art Therapy Association.
