I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#2102) and an EMDR Practitioner. 

Over the past ten years my work as a therapist has given me the unique honor of seeing people of all 'shapes and sizes' regain a sense of contentment with their life. 

While i maintain some credit for being the right therapist in the right place and at the right time for my clients, it is the client who transforms a life of dissatisfaction into a life of gentle gratitude. And once you reach that place of inspiration, FUN is not far behind.

The 'type' of therapy i do is not limited to one approach. I have gone through many challenges myself, have talked to many wise people (professional and otherwise), and have researched many techniques and scientific studies. I am a big believer in learning, which to me means adopting the parts you find valuable and leaving the junk behind. I will teach you to better understand yourself, I will show you how to listen to your gut and i will cheer you on as you learn what it is you need to learn.
