Patricia’s counselling orientation draws from several theoretical approaches and is personalized to the unique needs and expectations of each client. Her creative use of clinical skills holistically integrates emotions, thoughts, behaviours, and spiritual concerns in the context of relationships and experiences. Patricia helps people to understand themselves better, create more choices for themselves, and make changes.

Patricia holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BCACC. Her background includes clinical training in Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and EMDR Levels
