I am a registered clinical counsellor who has worked therapeutically with children, adults, couples and families for over a decade.  I will offer you a safe and caring environment where you can identify and understand the things in your life that are keeping you from living the life you want.  I work with empathy and creativity and will support you in removing the barriers keeping you from peace, contentment and joy.

I enjoy working with adults as well as children and families. I also meet with couples who are looking for better ways to connect with each other.
