Alison Bell received her Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia and is a member of the B.C. Association of Clinical Counsellors. Alison also has additional training and supervised practice in Play Therapy, Couples Therapy & Family Therapy and is also a member of Canadian Counselling Association and the B.C. Play Therapy Association.

Alison has significant experience working with a variety of mental health and counselling issues in community mental health and private practice settings with individuals, families, couples, adults, adolescents and children. Having worked extensively in various specialized child and youth mental health programs as a regional and consulting therapist, Alison has gained substantial experience with a variety of complex and multidimensional therapeutic issues.

Alison strives to maintain the highest level of personal and professional integrity while supporting clients of all ages with compassion and specialized skills. Collaboration in the therapeutic process is a central focus while supporting clients in establishing therapeutic goals and issues, addressing underlying contributing variables and engaging in the process of change and growth.
